Norstar IPTV Subscriptions 

Norstar iptv provides access to the Startup Show tv app. Our service allows customers to browse distinctive offerings of live and on-demand programs. Consequently, by accessing or using any of the Norstar services, You acknowledge and consent to these term and conditions.

Refund Policy
TERMS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL, Due to the nature of our service and because the service that we provide it is delivered via the internet and can not be physically returned; ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS will be granted. We cannot guarantee that your internet speed, router, device or other equipment is in satisfactory working condition. We can only verify that the service that we provide is being sent in a satisfactory working order when our service is being sent to you. If you do not agree with these terms then please do not purchase our service. We always recommend using our FREE TRIAL before you make a purchase to see if our service is right for you and to test that your equipment is in proper working order.

If under unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances we decide, at our discretion to issue a refund, We will do. If you do not agree with these terms then please do not purchase our service.

Changes To The Terms And Conditions
We may, at any time, and at our sole discretion, adjust these term and conditions of use, including our Privacy Policy, with or without notice to you the customer. Any such alteration will be effective immediately. Your proceeded use of our service and this website following any such alteration to our terms and conditions constitutes your acknowledgment of these adjusted terms.

Minimum age requirement
In order to become a subscriber and use our services, you must be 18 years old or older.

Usage and service terms
You may not either directly or through the use of any device, software, internet site, web based service, or other means, re-stream, distribute, broadcast or transmit the content.

Third-party purchases
Your transactions and other dealings with third-party vendors that are found on or through our service, including “Add To Cart”, and other comparable programs, are solely between you and such third part dealer.

Quality of streams
A perfect viewing experience relies upon your network access and device capabilities. Your service can be effected by many factors and we are not responsible for interruptions that are out of our control. This may include your ISP throttling or blocking your ip address. In those situations you are responsible for using a VPN or other remedy to fix your local issue. 

Our service is built to use the “Startup Show” app. Our service will work on other apps such as Tivimate, XCIPTV and Smarters but we do not provide support for those apps.. We provide support only for customers using the “Startup Show” app.

Your experience will be based on your type of device, location, home, internet capacity, Wifi network, the number of devices connected to the same network, the content you have chosen to stream and the configuration of the device or App you are using. Subsequently, Norstar can’t make any guarantees about what is out of our control or the content in these regards. We can only guarantee that the service will be delivered to you in satisfactory working order. We are not responsible if your internet, device, home network, internet capacity or users skill or knowledge are lacking. No credits or refunds will be given, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  Please note sharing a subscription will result in permanent suspension or device ban.

Number of channels and movies
The number of channels and movies may be changed at anytime at our discretion based on our quality standards and the quality, standard and updates performed every day.

Accuracy of information
All the data you submit to our database must be accurate and updated. You are responsible for upkeep and the utilization of your account. If you use a fake name we reserve the right to refuse you service.

Compatibility
In order to access the services we provide you must use devices that meet system and compatibility prerequisites that we recommend and establish in our help center inside our client area. We recommend internet speed of at least 25 mbps for the best streaming experience. We are not responsible if your internet is lacking, slow or otherwise disrupting your user experience. The Startup Show app itself does not auto update change unless manually updated by you at our direction. If the Startup Show app has installed and worked once on your device than it will always work unless; something has changed on your device such as but not limited to internet speed, device cache, Wifi signal, hardwired internet connection, cords or proximity to your router. Likewise our app can not, will not and does not alter your internet speed or the files within your device. Our Startup Show tv app is merely an IPTV player which plays third party internet streams on your device or electrical equipment.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Sharing a subscription
Sharing a subscription is not permitted. If you have and account that has two connections then you can only have two active connection or streams open at any given time. However, by purchasing extra connections, you can watch on multiple devices at the same time. With our  VOD service all multi room, multiple connection VOD  accounts must have and use the same IP address or be used from the same house. Your account will be immediately removed off the system and your account cancelled and forfeited with no credit or refund given if found to be using multiple IP addresses. If you have multiple single accounts you can use multiple IP addresses.

Purchase details
After you make a purchase, you will be sent by email all information needed to setup and access the television app and tv subscription package so you can begin watching tv.  Pricing details for your subscription and the procedures for payment and delivery are displayed via the email sent to you by Norstar.

Autopay Subscriptions 
If you have subscribed to a plan that has autopay you will be billed one day before your subscription expires so that your service is not interrupted. If you would like to cancel an autopay subscription you must do so at least three days before your subscription ends..

Price Changes
Monthly subscription prices are subject to change
in the future, unless you are a subscriber and have purchased one Norstars Guaranteed Price Lock Subscriptions. Guaranteed Price Lock subscription pricing will never increase and you will continue to enjoy using our service at a fixed price as long as your account remains active.
